The Climatebase Fellowship (CBF) is a climate career accelerator for the most talented, mission-driven members of the Climatebase community.
Our selective cohorts of Fellows join a curated community of climate founders, innovators, and peers. As a Climatebase Fellow, you'll learn from domain experts through interactive speaking sessions and panels, group discussions, and hands-on project-based work. Upon graduation, Fellows showcase their talent and knowledge by presenting their capstone projects and products on Demo Day to an audience of employers and investors.

Course Lead
Neil Yeoh
Neil is the CEO, Founder of OnePointFive (opf.degree), a remote advisory network of interdisciplinary sustainability experts. Neil is a sustainability advisor, investor, and content creator. He served as a Startup Advisor for Yale University’s Center of Business and Environment (CBEY), providing mentorship to early-stage startups. Prior to this, Neil was a Deputy Director at Echoing Green who managed a $8.5mn climate startup investment portfolio, and led the startup post-investment support department.
Over three years, he reviewed over 2,000+ climate-related startup applications, and invested in and advised 70 climate startups across 20 countries. He also helped these startups raise millions collectively to bring their solutions from lab to market.
Neil writes for Forbes on next-generation climate solutions and startup investing, accumulating over 100,000 reads of his articles. He has been invited to speak on business and environment topics at the United Nations, Oxford, Harvard, Yale, New York, and Princeton universities. He has over five years of management consulting experience across four continents with Dalberg, Accenture, and KPMG. Neil has an Executive Masters of Environmental Management from Yale University and has an MBA from Oxford University. He also has degrees in Robotics Engineering, International Business, and Management from Adelaide and Hong Kong Universities.

The Fellowship Story
600 people. 24 employers. All in one room in downtown San Francisco. That’s where the Climatebase story began, at the world’s first Climate Career Fair in May 2019. Back then, there was no Climatebase website or weekly newsletter. But what was there, was a room full of talented people eager to get to work on solving the climate crisis.
The success of the Climate Career Fair inspired us to scale our impact by launching an online platform focused on the same goal: To get more people working on climate.
We founded and launched Climatebase.org in June 2020. Since then, Climatebase has become the world's leading platform for climate employment. Our website has been used by over a half-million people around the world, and we’ve helped thousands of the world’s leading climate tech companies and environmental nonprofits attract mission-driven talent.
While we’re proud of our growth and impact, we’re determined to make it even easier for the world’s talent to transition into working on climate.
